I'd like to introduce you to my new blog....

This is Living Heart with Ellen Livingston, a newsletter about peaceful, heartfelt, healthy & sustainable living abiding by nature’s simple truths.

I am a Natural Health and Wellness Mentor, and I love helping people remember the true power of the forgotten basics of healthy living. I was able to restore my own health when I discovered a simple, fruit-centric raw vegan diet more than 20 years ago (still loving it every day!) along with other natural practices. I take a ‘first things first’ approach to wellness, which generally negates any need for medical/pharmaceutical interventions.

I found many deep thinkers and influencers to love on Substack during this recent time of chaotic change in our world, and now I have decided to create a platform here for my own writings and conversations. I will be sharing my perspectives and reflections on the wisdoms Mother Nature offers to those who tune in attentively to her frequency. I am excited about our symbiotic relationship with fruit - the most premium food that nature freely offers to us. And I am inspired by the potential for inner peace, empowerment and enlightenment, available to all through following nature’s gentle guidance.

I am going to begin with a 2-part series about my profound recent experience living through a direct hit from Hurricane Ian on the Gulf Coast of Florida, because that is still so alive in me!
